The Challenge

Our client embarked on a $57 million initiative to modernize their metering hardware and software. However, the project faced significant hurdles due to the retirement of a program manager and the need for a comprehensive project reset. Lacking effective program management and testing leadership, our client struggled to maintain progress, organize vendors, and ensure successful project execution.
