From Vision to Actionable Plan: Our Partnership with Local Non-Profit, BRAIV

At Pioneer, we believe it’s our privilege and responsibility to help make the cities we live and work in better places for all. We’re dedicated to supporting the community with our time, talent, and treasure and for the past few years, we’ve joined forces with incredible organizations. In 2023, we partnered with a local non-profit startup, the BRAIV Foundation.

In 2020, the BRAIV Foundation was founded by aviation executives in the Twin Cities area with the central mission to address the challenges of individuals battling with brain cancer and veterans experiencing a traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Their mission is embodied in their motto – “people helping people.” BRAIV is dedicated to supporting individuals and their families through funding research and innovation and through direct patient and veteran support. The BRAIV team had incredible ideas to support our community and immense passion to provide small acts of kindness and support. We knew we wanted to be a part of their journey, to help bring structure to ideation and drive accelerated growth.

From Ideas to Impact: Co-Creating a Strategic Path for BRAIV

Our partnership with BRAIV wasn't about dictating solutions; it was about co-creating a roadmap for success. Here's how we teamed up:

• Amplifying the Message: To reach new supporters and volunteers, we crafted compelling marketing materials. We created a concise one-page overview of their organization, a captivating volunteer recruitment flyer, and a comprehensive communications toolkit to help BRAIV tell their story effectively.
  
  
• Charting the Course: As a team, we wrapped our engagement by crafting comprehensive planning materials, outlining long-term goals and breaking them down into actionable short-term steps. This gave BRAIV a clear framework to navigate their path ahead and achieve sustainable success.

By bringing our strategy formulation and strategic activation expertise to the BRAIV team, we were able to capture their inspirational and impactful ideas and create tactical next steps to drive meaningful impact together.
