John Brasch: Chief Customer Officer, Advance Solutions

Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Advance Solutions, he’s renowned for constructing Go-To-Market, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams that thrive in hyper-growth environments. Before Advance Solutions, John spent nearly nine years at ServiceNow, where he guided the Americas Services and Success businesses to exceed $400M in revenue and 1,000 team members. From early technical consulting at EY to impactful leadership in ERP, CRM, and Retail Tech firms, John’s approach emphasizes strategic growth and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
